Want to be in the best physical shape you can be on the bike for 2017? Want to go faster? Climb better? Improve power? Increase endurance? It’s all about getting the right workout.
For each training session, our coaches structure the training to be power based focusing on wattage and cadence. The training regime also includes performance testing, simulated racing and virtual course reconnaissance. Even in previous three-month training periods, most athletes have seen increases of 10 to 20% in their 20-minute power output.
